Demian I. Oksenendler specializes in insurance law, personal injury, general litigation, contract disputes, agent and broker malpractice, and business and consumer fraud. Admitted to The State Bar of California in 2004, Mr. Oksenendler also practices in federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
